Implementation for Professionals

Every participating professional needs to execute a number of steps to enter his profile into ValuedProfessionals. The time required to fill a profile will depend on the size of the profile.

The professional's dashboard in the application shows all remaining tasks necessary to complete the profile. It consists of the following tasks:

• Entering personal data

A function title and a profile description need to be entered.

• Match scope configuration

• Take a test

A professional can take the tests that have been set out for them and use the outcome to improve the quality of their profile.

• Assign roles and job profiles

A professional can assign roles and job profiles to his own profile.

• Competency levels

Users must assess the levels of their job-specific expertise.

• Core expertise
  

Users should indicate the competencies that make up their core expertise and those skills that they would rather not utilize.

• Enter education and employment history

To generate a complete CV, a professional needs to enter their education and employment history into the system. There is an option to import this from LinkedIn.
