Professional profiles must be validated by a People Manager. Differences of opinion are highlighted in the system and can be discussed.

  • Create personal development plans

When profiles are complete and validated, personal development plans can be drafted.

  • Organize 360-degree feedback

People Managers can organize 360-degree feedback for their professionals. This can also be done by the professionals themselves, depending on company culture and agreements made.
