Implementation for the organisation

A number of implementation steps must be taken by the organization. Ideally, these are done by the functional administrator at the client's site, with the help of a ValuedProfessionals support engineer.

  • Creation of the organization structure.

Organizational data, the logo, the organizational structure and groups are entered into ValuedProfessionals.

  • Rights administration

The organization establishes access permissions for individuals. This is in relation to professional profiles, 360-degree feedback, matching functionality, test results, analysis and functionality. 

  • Develop a Career Framework

ValuedProfessionals enables companies to develop their own specific Career Framework and publish it to its employees. Since this is can be a rather daunting and time consuming task, we offer organizations the option to use the Reference Roles from our Reference Career Framework. 

  • Create users or configure the self registration option 

Users can be created in the system and be assigned a people manager by an administrator. Additionally, ValuedProfessionals offers the option for organizations or departments to allow users to register themselves.  

  • Assign roles to users

By assigning suitable roles to professionals, the professional profiles are automatically filled in with the relevant expertise elements. This provides users with a good starting point to indicate their expertise.

  • Set out tests

Administrators can make one or more tests default for all professionals within the organization. This assists first-time users in obtaining a better self-image.

  • Create CV templates

ValuedProfessionals enables organizations to enter one or more CV templates (such as MS Word templates) for their users to generate their CV's.
