Implementation

ValuedProfessionals is web-based and centrally hosted from the cloud. There is no need for on-site software installation to get started. ValuedProfessionals is accessible from every modern browser. 

An implementation is made up of a number of activities on different levels.  Some are executed only once; others are recurring.

• For the Organization 

Configuration activities for the organization include entering the organization model, fine-tuning the rights structure and, optionally, the drafting of an organization-specific career framework. • For the Employee

Employees must enter their professional profile into the system. The ValuedProfessionals platform offers a personalized dashboard with an interactive task list that walks first-time users through this process. More on the ValuedProfessionals tasks for employees

• For the People Manager
