Workforce Analysis

Workforce Analysis consists of a wide range of configurable reports that provide valuable insight into prevalence, levels and spread of talent throughout the workforce, or some part of it. This module is only accessible to users with special permission.

The reports are always about a group of professionals. These groups are selectable by a combination of criteria:

  • the department where professionals are employed
  • type of contract: permanent or temporary
  • roles that are fulfilled
  • age and other person criteria

The reports can be broken up in two types:

  • Expertise Analysis

This type supplies detailed information on: 

  • how expertise is spread 
  • the average level of expertise
  • the average preferences of expertise
  • how the averages relate to one individual professional
  • how the averages relate to one role 
     
  • Fit-Gap Analysis

Fit-Gap analysis uses the matching engine to show how average levels of a group of professionals relate to a certain future job role or competency block. This provides crucial insight into the degree to which an organization is ready for the requirements of the future.
