Tests

ValuedProfessionals offers a number of psychometric tests for users to take. Test results can be used to enter or validate the level assessments of the personal characteristics in the professional profile.

Tests can be taken on the professional's own initiative, or be set out as default tasks by the organization for first-time users.

Currently, we offer the following tests:

• Personal Characteristics
• Numerical Reasoning
• Logical Reasoning
• Verbal Aptitude
• Calculatory Aptitude 

New psychometric or job-specific tests can be added. The test results will be mapped to competency and skill levels and support self-assessment by the professionals.
