Matching
Matching can be done across different dimensions:
- selection of the most qualified professional for a role or job vacancy.
- selection of the most eligable role or job for a professional.
- matching of entire organizations or departments against roles or competency blocks (workforce insight)
The scope of matching, the degree to which a user can match other users, roles and jobs is fully determined by the permissions that have been granted.

Every professional in the system has complete control over the degree to which they are open for matching, and for what type of matching their profile is eligible.
Aspects
Aspects that are taken into consideration by the matching algorithm are:
- competence levels of the professionals
- preferences of the professionals
- travel preferences
- tariff preferences and demands
