360-Degree Feedback

ValuedProfessionals encourages its users to have their profile assessed by co-workers on a regular basis. This feedback can be used to adjust and improve the quality of a profile. It will help the professional and their managers to get a realistic insight into an individual’s capabilities and how they are perceived by others.

Evaluations can be initiated by the professional, or by a People Manager. 

360-degree feedback has the following features:

• User friendly interface for evaluators in either overview or wizard style. 
• Ability to invite people from outside the organization as evaluators. These are invited by email and taken through the system. Automatic reminders can be sent.
• Feedback can be given not only on expertise levels and personal characteristics, but on goal expectations as well.
• With permission, evaluators can see the self-image of the evaluated professional during the evaluation process.
• With permission, evaluators can evaluate additional expertise outside of the originally requested set.
