Personal Development Plan

ValuedProfessionals enables users to develop and monitor comprehensive competency-oriented personal development plans (PDP's). These plans use the professional profile as a starting point.

Personal Development Plans go through a number of phases:

  1. Concept phase. A professional can create a PDP himself, or co-create it with a People Manager. The plan contains target levels for a number of skills and goals.
  2. Active phase. In this phase, the plan is locked and the professional works to attain their target levels. Their intermediate achievements can be registered in the plan.
  3. Assessment phase. The results are assessed. Achieved target levels are processed into the professional profile.
  4. Filing phase. The plan is filed for future reference.
